What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom boxes?
Our minimum order quantity starts at just 50 units. This allows startups and growing retail brands to launch custom packaging without tying up capital in massive inventory. Tiered wholesale discounts apply for volume orders.
Are there any hidden die or setup plate fees?
Zero hidden costs. All digital quotes from Packaging Bank are all-inclusive. You will not be billed separately for cutting dies, plate setups, or standard prepress proofs.
Can I split my order into multiple artwork designs?
Yes. If your box dimensions remain identical, we can split total print runs across multiple SKUs or artwork variations. Contact your assigned representative to structure the batch run.
⚡ Production Turnaround & Shipping
How long does production and shipping take?
Standard turnaround is 6 to 8 business days after your 2D dieline and 3D digital proof are approved. Expedited rush orders are also available upon request for urgent events and launches.
Do you ship across both the USA and the UK?
Yes. We have dedicated operational desks serving clients in both the United States and the United Kingdom. All shipments feature door-to-door tracked delivery with customs handling included.
🎨 Artwork Guidelines & Free 3D Proofing
Do I get to inspect a 3D digital mockup before printing?
Yes, 100% complimentary. Prior to physical production, our prepress team shares a 2D dieline PDF alongside a photorealistic 3D digital mockup showing artwork placement, fold lines, and finish orientation.
What file formats do you accept for box artwork?
We recommend print-ready vector files in Adobe Illustrator (.AI), PDF, or EPS with outlines created for fonts and imagery in 300+ DPI (CMYK color space).

What box stocks and materials do you manufacture?
We work with Recyclable Brown/White Kraft, E/B/C-Flute Corrugated cardboard, 14pt–24pt SBS paperboard, and high-density luxury rigid greyboards. Custom foam and cardboard partition inserts are also available.
What premium finishing embellishments can I add?
Options include Spot UV, Gold/Silver Hot Foil Stamping, Embossing, Debossing, Matte/Gloss Lamination, Soft-Touch Velvet Coating, and custom clear PVC window cutouts.
